Communication and commission updates can be done through e-mail or Discord DMs at the preference of the client.

2. Payment and References

You will get an invoice for the commission (Paypal Invoice at the time being).
Payments are done half upfront and half upon final approval before final high quality images are sent.
First half of the payment is due before work begins on your commission.Feel free to send any references you have at this time.

2. Approval stages

Once the commission is started you will get updates at each stage of finish to approve and ask for changes. There will be at least three updates (there will likely be more as the commission is refined.
*Rough sketch (lineart)
*Refined Sketch (with rough flat colors)
* Rendering and final touches
Commission will take 4-8 weeks depending on compexity and scale (Faster or exact date to finish can be discussed)

1. Receiving final High res images

Once the final image is approved, final hq (300dpi .png) images are sent out (Can include basic background as well as transparent without background. I default to Google Drive folders for sending out the final pieces, but can use another method if requested.

Some Extras can be added, which include:

Price varies, usually around $25-$90+, depending on complexity and scale of the additions.

Terms of Service

General terms

  • All commissions are accepted at my discretion.The artist has the right to refuse any commission on any grounds should the artist feel the need to do so.

  • Disrespectful and abusive conduct from a client will not be tolerated and may be result in the commission transaction to be cancelled.

  • Commission works cannot be used by / or in association with NFTs or AI usage

  • Commission can take 4-8 weeks depending on compexity and scale (Faster or exact date to finish can be discussed) Rush orders may incur an additional fee.

Payments & Refunds

  • Payments will be done through Paypal invoices. I don’t have any other method at the moment (Ko-fi will be a future option or at request), but can have payment done through another method at the artists discretion.

  • Upon accepted commission by the artist 50% of the total price will be due with the agreed upon payment method. At this point the artist will begin work on the commission in the rough sketch phase. Upon approval of the final work, the remaining 50% of the total price will be due to the artist via the agreed upon payment method. Payment will be in USD via an agreed upon payment method. All payments must be done through a "Goods & Services" payment method to protect client and artist.

  • Tips can be sent via PayPal at the tip option on the invoice (at the final payment stage & only if you want to do it).

Rights & Usage

  • The Client and associated persons asserts and maintains the ownership of any original characters use in the work.

  • The client does not maintain the right to use the work in in-profit media or merchandise unless negotiated otherwise. Additional fees can be negotiated for full rights to be give. Usage for stream/podcast assets and promotion are not considered commercial use. The artist maintains the right to post the work in portfolios or on social media, but not in for in-profit media or galleries.

  • Upon receipt of full payment and the full-resolution final images are given, the client obtains rights to unlimited personal use of the work.

changes/adjustments to art during commission

  • Changes/adjustments reflecting the original details discussed are accepted (I want to get as close to what you envisioned from the commission)

  • Minor changes/adjustments to the original details discussed are accepted through the rough sketch phase. Color changes and fixes are accepted as well.

  • Major changes past the initial design discussed/specified and past refined sketch phases (pose changes, expression changes, additional items or drastic changes to outfit) I may ask for an additional fee to reflect the changes.
